My story/inspiration:

After 5 years in the Hollywood/Talent Agency business, I was left feeling unfulfilled and couldn’t help but wonder, “What if I don’t pursue my dreams? Will I regret this decision for the rest of my life?” I built up the courage to leave my secure salary and began to build The Morris Movement with hopes of changing people's lives, as well as my own.
Five years, thousands of hours, and hundreds of clients later, I am beyond proud of the lives I have helped change. I started this journey to connect with people, spread light and help give people the tools to live their lives to the fullest. I’ve seen incredible shifts in confidence, improvement of relationships, mental fortitude, and overall happiness.
My goal is to build a community of like-minded inspired people who can connect and grow together through their physical disciplines and positive mindsets.

To me, living a fit and healthy lifestyle means having zero limitations on the adventures you aspire to take in life. Whether those adventures are going on a hike while traveling with friends, throwing the football with your kids, running your first marathon, competing in your first Hyrox race or even getting off the couch when you’re 80 years old - you should feel strong and confident to take whatever life throws your way.
The Morris Movement trains with the intention of keeping you mobile, building longevity, and connecting the mind + body with no injuries and solid posture through top-tier core insight and techniques.
